Lynnwood Recreation Center celebrates 10 years

LYNNWOOD, Wash., – The Lynnwood Recreation Center held a drive-thru birthday event on Saturday, April 24 in celebration of the facility turning 10 years old.

The Lynnwood Parks and Recreation Department invited community members to drive up the entrance of the Recreation Center to have a donut from Zuri’s Donutz courtesy of Grand Canyon University, reminisce on their experiences at the facility, and upon Director of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Lynn Sordel’s request- sing Happy Birthday.
